Here's why you notch the headlight area. In this case, Hasport's idler pulley/power steering pump delete kit puts the alternator where the A/C compressor was. There's no power steering in a CRX, so normally you'd put the idler pulley from an EP3 here (but you'd have to cut the hood for clearance). With this kit, the alternator goes low and the idler pulley is superlow profile. With a JDM SiR hood, it all fits. View Related Article
