For the final piece to the CRX's aero puzzle, Percy's High Performance donated one of its Speedglass racing windshield kits.

Next, Dunham drills through the points he just made on the glass and the pinched sheet metal of the window frame behind it with a bit that is the same size or smaller than the diameter of the rivet.

The window is secured after Dunham sets the rivets with a manual rivet tool.

Once the rivets are fastened and the Speedglass isn't going anywhere, Dunham can take off the protective layer of film that the windows are packaged in.

With the Speedglass we save weight and are better protected.

For the last bit of DIY this month Nguyen bolts in the seat and driver restraints.

Nguyen takes the combined assembly and bolts it to the bottom of the seat.

Then the seat is mounted to the car using the factory fastening points. Tenzo has a grip of different bracket applications, so you may want to give them a shout if you're looking to replace the stock seats in your ride.

1.Insert strap through tightening buckle.

2. Pull strap to 8-10 inches beyond buckle, fold edges and insert into mounting bracket.

3.Fold back strap and re-insert through buckle as shown.

4. Fold back strap again and insert through bottom portion of buckle.

For a harness, Autopower came through with one of its five-point Pro-Cam driver restraint systems.

According to the NHRA, all harness sections must be mounted to the frame, cross member, or a reinforced mounting point and installed to limit the driver's body travel both upward and forward.

Meanwhile the upper belts are wrapped around the main hoop crossbar. We still need to install a brace that will support the seat against the crossbar, per NHRA rules, but that will have to wait for another day.
