Greed: Mike's desire for car show trophy gold swiftly turned to greed. With a Machiavellian-like approach, Mike pulled out every stop constructing the interior. The familiar red hue of Corbeau CR1 racing buckets glows from inside the cabin, contrasting with the high-gloss sheen of the 17-piece carbon-fiber dash kit. Continuing with the theme are FAB carbon-fiber door panels and a FAB carbon-fiber headliner. Always a nice touch, Takata harnesses secure both passengers firmly to their seats. Pride: And who wouldn't be proud of having your 2500 pound car stuffed with over 50 pounds of JL Audio paraphernalia. Mike called up Tony Zagata and John Lanning of Extreme Autosound in Louisville, Ky., to help solve the initial audio ambiguity. JL 6.5-inch components and 6.5-inch midrange speakers line the interior and a JL Stealthbox sits secretly in the trunk. Pioneer's dash DVD/CD combo extends out from the center console, presenting entertainment while sitting in traffic.
Wrath: Luckily, in the six years as owner of this car, no one has had to endure Mike's rage due to a fender bender in traffic, but I pity the poor fool who one day may have to suffer the wrath of the 5' 10", 195-pound frame this Sol's owner totes.
