With a 45 percent increase in attendance from the year before, IFO is now looking to expanding its 30-plus-event tour to include two stops at Bradenton Motorsports Park in 2013.
FWD class presented by Spec clutches and flywheels Winner: Christian Gomez, Orlando Acura Integra (9.37 @ 155 mph), besting Benjamin Rodriguez’s Tampa Civic hatch (9.865 @ 137 mph)
All Motor Pro class presented by Competition Clutch Winner: Mark Podkowik, Naples, Civic hatch (10.438 @ 129.10 mph, personal best), against teammate David Carrion (12.263 @ 120.11 mph)

On January 15th, IFO made its California debut (actually re-debut since it was rained out in 2011) to packed stands and a filled pit parking lot. Even in the cold, wet weather there were 300-plus contestants (show and race) and 1,800 spectators in attendance. Unfortunately, due to multiple rain delays, the race was unable to finish before nighttime curfew. Full payouts were split evenly with those left in the competition once the race was called off, and everyone went home happy. IFO plans to reinvade SoCal for 2013.
