Wek’Fest San Francisco - Event

NorCal's Finest.

What started just a few years ago as nothing more than an underground parking garage get-together has quickly matured into California’s largest car show. If the online hype and word of mouth weren’t enough to convince you, the photos depicting thousands lined up outside the doors, some as early as 1 a.m., surely will. The massive Fort Mason halls quickly shrunk in size as eager show-goers shouldered their way through spectators to pore over high-level builds from the likes of the ATS Garage, Team Bandits, DNR, and many more. Complete builds from the ground up were the leading theme this year, with the majority of Hondas leaving no bolt unturned, sporting built and boosted or ITB-equipped B- and K-series mills.

The growth spurt that’s occurred over the last two years will no doubt have the Wek’Fest organizers searching for a new NorCal home, as the Fort Mason facility is simply too small to contain the surging crowds—no doubt a result of a smashing success.
